Sean Tolman

Executive Chef

A lover of food and people, Sean is of Irish heritage and a native of Utah.  In his youth he worked for herders and farmers which coincided perfectly with his strong work ethic.  


He is a lifelong expert cook, an artist, the real deal. His natural, humble charm makes fast friends and his food gains immediate following.  

The Aspen Grove menu is designed to bring back the soul of cooking.  Mastering the basics and respecting the classics to create delicious, beautiful dishes that are timeless. 

In addition to his first love of cooking, Sean enjoys traveling, drawing, music, meeting new people and watching his Utes play.
